We are also having a Blog Hop so you can get lots of great inspiration from our Designers. The Blog Hop Winner will be chosen from comments left on each of the Designers' blogs and on the Scrapy Land Challenge blog. (If you have trouble commenting on the Scrapy Land Challenge Blog, you can shoot a quick email to icinganne@yahoo.com instead.)

I'm the first stop on the Blog Hop. Here is the Blog Hop order, but feel free to go in any order you wish as long as you leave a comment on each of the Designers' 100th Challenge Celebration post: (if a link isn't working, try clicking on their Blog Name to go to their Home page).

Scrapy Land Challenge

Now for a bit about my project:

To create my celebration exploding box card, I used papers from Lemoncraft's Sweet Secrets paper stack, which you can find in my ETSY Store.

The flowers and pearl trim are from Wild Orchid Crafts. The ribbon is from DL.ART. The leaves are Memory Box Fine Cut Leaves, Cheery Lynn Floral Boutique Kit leaves, Frantic Stamper Foliage and Elizabeth Craft Dandelion Fluff dies.

The bottom two layers on each panel are Memory Box Stitched Squares. Spellbinders Floral Doily Accents were used on each corner. Memory Box Stitched Circles were layered on top with foam tape between for dimension.

Celebrate is a Elizabeth Craft Celebrate die, covered with Sparkle N Sprinkle Diamond Dust. It was adhered to a Sue Wilson Pierced Flags die.

For this panel celebrating our 100th challenge, I used numbers from Die-Versions Downhill Font and also cut them in foam for dimension. The top layer was also covered in Sparkle N Sprinkle Diamond Dust. The numbers are on a Sue Wilson Peony Diamond die.

Tucked under the flowers are Elizabeth Craft Designs Leafy Branch leaves, Memory Box Fine Cut Leaves and Frantic Stamper Foliage leaves.

The Memory Box Vivienne butterfly was layered over a Penny Black Doily Trio die.

Tucked under these flowers are Memory Box Fine Cut Leaves, Cheery Lynn Floral Boutique Kit leaves, Frantic Stamper Foliage, Elizabeth Craft Designs Leafy Branch, and Elizabeth Craft Dandelion Fluff dies.

Scrapy Land Products Used

We can't wait to see what you create for this Special Occasion! It can be any style you like from CAS to mixed media and everything in between. Just be sure a die cut from any brand that Scrapy Land sells is included on your project. Don't forget to Share this with your friends for additional chances to win one of the FABULOUS prizes.

Please remember to:
  • include at least one brand of die that Scrapy Land sells
  • include a link to this challenge on your blog post
  • use the InLinkz button to add your project
  • listing the brands of dies used on your project would be extremely helpful
You have until Nov. 4 to join our Scrapy Land 100th Challenge Celebration. This gives you an extra week of crafting time to upload your special Celebration projects below.

Your next stop on the hop is Mary.

HAPPY CRAFTING and HAPPY HOPPING!!

  55. It is so feminine with the pinks & all the wonderful embellies, but yet, still quite a vintage look. Lots of details and a most complex fold that hides all the goodies until it's opened up. Of course you always have the most wonderful lace and flowers to add beauty. TFS & Have a great weekend. Hugs
